What we do
Mobile vehicle weighing with a difference
Specialising in correct vehicle and towing setup, weight distribution, and getting you safe and legal on the road.
it's more than just numbers
We help you understand your setup and improve how it tows
We don’t stop at giving you a report, we explain what it all means, make adjustments where we can, and work with you to get your setup handling safely and naturally.
Setup & Safety
We assess and adjust as required, your towing setup for better balance, smoother handling, minimising suspension and tyre wear, and all importantly – safe travel.
Weighing
We weigh your vehicles using calibrated high-resolution scales, assess the results, and make changes as required.
Reporting
We build a report that details your final vehicle weights against their compliance limits in an easy to read format that we go through together with all of the jargon explained.

setup & safety
Correct vehicle & towing setup is key
We go beyond the scales to look at how your setup performs on the road. Incorrectly setup or imbalanced tow rigs can be more dangerous on the road than those that are overweight!
Before we get to the scales we look at your vehicle setup, if hitch height isn’t correct on a caravan, boat trailer or horse float, this will increase sensitivity to sway, being onerous on the tow vehicle with too much ball weight, cause premature suspension wear and tyre failure.
We assess weight balance and load distribution, and check over your safety chains and shackles or hooks to make sure everything is up to standard. Where adjustments are needed, we work with you to get things right on the day so your vehicle and caravan feel steady and safe while you’re towing.

Weighing
Accuracy and all the detail
We use some of the best scales available – Italian made Dini Argeo high-resolution scales that measure in 0.5Kg increments which are calibrated every 6 months to assess every part of your setup. We cover all of the compliance metrics – GVM, GCM, Towball Weight, axle load limits, and the ATM and GTM for trailers and caravans. As we weigh each wheel, we add the third dimension to the results as we can see weight per wheel which gives us the data for left to right balance across vehicles, weight per axle to check on overloading, and incorrect towing height. Each weigh is done methodically and explained clearly, with plenty of time to ask questions. If something’s off, we can pause, make adjustments together, and reweigh as needed at no extra charge. It’s all about giving you a true picture of your loaded setup so you can tow with confidence and peace of mind.
For vehicles set for touring or motorsport, being able to see the weight balance left to right and weight per wheel is fundamental for optimising setup and performance offroad or in competition.

Know where you stand legally
Understanding compliance is key to safe and legal towing, and that’s where we come in. Your final report includes all the compliance with all of the critical metrics like GVM, GCM, BTC, Towball Weight, and Axle Load Limits and the ATM and GTM for caravans, horse floats and trailers Results are laid out clearly so you know exactly where you sit. If something isn’t right, we’ll talk through your options and help you make sense of what’s next.
